seasonal variations in some products will mean that items may be replaced
without notice. However, because all our products are of the finest
quality we are certain that you will approve of any substitutions.

General: Farmhouse Hampers are entitled to refuse any
order placed by you. Once we accept your order, we will send you a confirmatory

Liability: We do our utmost to ensure that the information
on this website is accurate. However due to seasonal variations of products
etc we cannot guarantee this.
Farmhouse Hampers does not accept liability for any errors and omissions
and we reserve the right to change products, descriptions and prices
from time to time. However, we will ensure speedy correction of any
errors and/or omissions after being notified of them.
Farmhouse Hampers will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum
total of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
Shipping and Handling: Within the United Kingdom, small
orders are sent either by 1st class post and larger orders by a next
day delivery service dependent upon size and weight.
Delivery Schedule: We normally dispatch your order
within 3 days of receipt between Mondays and Thursdays and in the UK
orders should be received within 48 hours of dispatch. Christmas gift
orders by standard delivery are dispatched around the 12th to 14th of
December to arrive in good time. However, should you require a specific
delivery date please let us know.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will
back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel
your order if you would rather not wait.
Guarantee: We guarantee your satisfaction. You have
the right to return goods within 7 days of receipt, free of charge and
without explanation for a full refund.
